Designs and Ideas

Here are a sample of the exciting proposals that have been drawn up for improving the outdoor space in and around the Mansford Estate – ideas, which if implemented, would make our environment safer, better used and more attractive.

Local architects,  Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects, have responded to feedback from residents gleaned at the ESG consultation events held in September 2004. In fact one of the architects is a Mansford Estate resident himself and therefore knows from first hand, what it is like to live here.

Of course the improvements that we, the residents, finally select will depend on what budget we have – basically what we are prepared to pay for. But just for once, let your imagination go, take a look at these sketches and imagine how it could all be so different. Love them or hate them, these ideas are a starting point  tell us what you think.
